Hit or Miss Monday

It's Oscar night! {Or, it was when I was typing this...} Did you guys watch or did you do something else?  I'm embarrassed to admit I haven't seen a single movie nominated - I actually can't even remember the last movie I saw in a theater - but I think it's safe to say it's been a year.  Or two.  Ahem. Anyway...on to this week's Hit or Miss picks. Jamie's Hit: I saw this and busted out laughing. I love that someone thought of this. It is awesome. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had a garbage bag with a current picture on it - it could be the goodwill bag for the clothes that are past their prime. ahem. And her Miss: This is the ultimate man idea to me. I see about 15 scenarios where this popcorn ends up all over the floor, but I bet that any man around this guy thought it was a brilliant idea. A snack, no getting up, you can even eat it while typing if you're talented enough. Oh and you have a lovely grease stain in your hood. Awesome.  And my Hit: I love this.  I mean, what can I say really - it's just freakin hysterical.  I have to give mad props to photographers who work with children.  I've tried just taking snapshots of my toddler and I'm lucky if I can get one that isn't blurry and grainy.  To pose several children and have them looking angelic is pretty amazing.  I, however, would have taken a picture similar to the second one. And my Miss: I love awkward photos.  This one just screams love and marriage to me.  Doesn't it?  Ah, love.  It kind of makes you want to go hang onto a couple of parking meters and gaze into the lens of a camera.  Good times.
