If you've been a reader for awhile, you might know that I kick off January with a sugar detox or clean eating. This year is no different and with all the baby weight I have left to lose, I actually started the day after Christmas. Today though? Today is a soup day. This is definitely a sugar detox friendly recipe, and is so yummy - tastes like it should be full of cream but it isn't. It's healthy and filling and a great way to get some veggies.
